Shipping and Returns

Order and shipping confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation that will include your order number and shipping method. Please be sure that your shipping address is correct. We are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Orders can take up to 10 days to be processed and shipped, and in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

The prices of products are expressed in Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

For orders from outside the European Union all tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the customer’s local government. Any additional taxes and fees shall be borne by the customer. 

Selectio Srl cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Returns

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 14 days of order date. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging.

Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

Please follow the steps below when returning an item:

  1. Email us at info@theobjectselection.com with the subject line RETURNS
  2. Please include in your email your invoice #, date of purchase, and reason for the return
  3. Pack return items in original condition and send to:

We will notify you of receipt of the return item, and, if it is in acceptable condition, a credit will be issued.
